With modern architecture and design features influenced by the nautical Ralph Lauren style, the artfully presented Notos Therme & Spa is located at Vlychada beach on the southern coast of Santorini, some 12km from Fira. The tranquil setting (one does talk very quietly here!), the stylish rooms and suites, the ample use of candles for soft lighting plus the magnificent sea views, would,

However, favoured by its own hot spring water, the hotel also boasts an inviting spa, carved inside the cave, where the variety of treatments draws on the healing properties of the local water.
