The highly recommended Rethymno Mare Royal is located on a hill, within easy reach of the village of Scaleta, 11km east of Rethymnon. A pool terrace and gardens invite you to relax and the adjoining pool bar/taverna means you won't have to go far for refreshments and good food. Excellent sightseeing opportunities nearby make the Rethymno Mare Royal Hotel a good holiday base and the long beach across the road is safely accessible by a lift and pedestrian under-pass.
