As transfers are not included in the villa holiday cost, arrangements will be made for you to collect your car on arrival at Paphos* airport and to return it to the airport on departure. (*) = A supplement of Ł30 each way will apply if your arrival/departure airport is Larnaca.

Services & Amenities
All villas have a well-equipped kitchen with at least a fridge-freezer, cooker/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster & washing machine, iron/ironing board. They all have a TV, private pool, furnished garden/patio area and outdoor barbecue (built-in or portable).
Accommodation
Villa Types:
Villas are classified by 'type', which include Standard 2-Bedroom Villas, Standard 3-Bedroom-Villas and Standard 4-Bedroom Villas - each comes complete with a private pool, kitchen, garden/terrace furniture and an outdoor barbecue area. For an extra boost of special indulgence, treat yourself to one of the Premier 2-Bedroom Villas, Premier 3-Bedroom-Villas and Premier 4-Bedroom Villas which provide superior facilities, a private pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Top of the range are the 3-Bedroom Premier De Luxe Villa and 4-Bedroom Premier De Luxe Villas that boast privileged locations and stunning range of amenities.
How to choose your holiday:
From our selection of villas choose one depending on your party size, then, according to your budget, decide if you prefer a 'standard' villa or one of the 'premier' villas. We will confirm to you at the time of booking which villa has been booked on your behalf and remember, if none of the properties illustrated here are available on your chosen dates, we have many more we can request for you.

Villas are within 1-10km from the beach and no further than 5km from local shops, supermarkets & restaurants.
Important Information:
Holiday cost is based on 'villa type'and includes 'Standard food pack'with wine, long-life milk, mineral water, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, cheese, salt, washing up liquid, toilet roll, bin bags in all villas on arrival. If you opt for the 'Full Fridge' supplement (requested at time of booking and paid locally on arrival), you will also be supplied with eggs, cooked chicken & cold meat, crisps, fruit juice, cereals, jam, yoghurts, salads, fruit & vegetables, beer and sparkling wine · Villas are cleaned twice a week (included in holiday cost) · Baby cots are available on request, at no extra charge · Air conditioning is available in all villas at an approximate supplement of CYŁ3.50 per air conditioning unit per night, payable locally · Safe deposit box available in all villas and supplied at no charge, although a security deposit of CYŁ40 is charged locally (deposit is reimbursed to guests on departure day upon return of the safe) · Several villas are suitable for disabled guests - please contact us for further information.

- 2-Bedroom Standard Villas
Pomos Mediterranean Villas
Two identical villas located about 400m from the seafront and fishing harbour of Pomos. Both villas are bright and airy with a spacious living area with satellite TV, plus a fully-equipped kitchen. Comfortable and attractively furnished, each villa has 2 bedrooms (double & twin bedded) with 'en-suite' bathrooms & separate wc. Of course, you will have a private pool, and there's also a covered verandah and a lovely built-in barbecue area.
Neraida Villa
Set right in the middle of orange groves in the village of Miliou, this villa is very spacious and offers a double-room and a twin-bedded room, each with an 'en-suite' bathroom. Living area, dining area, well-planned kitchen, a fireplace, cool terracotta & stone flooring, a wealth of exposed wooden beams, plus a built-in outdoor barbecue and pleasant poolside terrace make this traditionally furnished villa a firm favourite - ideal for couples or small families and particularly well suited to accommodate disabled guests.
- 2-Bedroom Premier Villas
Villa Levandah
This very quaint white-washed villa is located in Miliou and offers a spacious living/dining area and the fully equipped kitchen allows you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are 2 bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower), a separate bathroom and a lovely covered patio with a built-in barbecue, an outdoor jacuzzi and of course a private pool. Villa Levandah is particularly well suited for couples and small families.
Mediterranean Coast View III
Neighbouring its two siblings, this large villa is in Argaka and offers a twin-bedded room with en-suite shower and large verandah upstairs and a double room with main bathroom downstairs. The spacious living/dining area with 2 sofa beds faces the pool and patio. Boasting spectacular views of the Akamas Mountains and the whole coastline from Latchi to Pomos, another bonus here is the heated outdoor jacuzzi! Highly recommended to large families and suitable for disabled guests.

Villa Ambeli
An attractive stone-built villa set amidst orange groves in Miliou - perfect for the freshest fruit juice to start your day! The outside wooden staircase leads to a panoramic terrace and the three bedrooms. The ground floor has a sitting/dining area with a fireplace, a kitchen and extra shower/wc. Upstairs is the main bathroom plus the 3 bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower/wc). The secluded garden boasts a private pool and barbecue area.

Clarissa Villa
Next door to another villa, Clarissa commands fabulous vistas of the Pomos coastline . Downstairs is where the living area/dining area and kitchen are located together with one of the twin-bedded rooms and a bathroom. Upstairs has a double-room and a twin-bedded room, each with their own 'en-suite' (1 has a bath, the other has a shower). The bonus here is the outdoor heated jacuzzi, plus... down about 50 steps, your own private little cove with lovely rock pools, ideal for snorkelling.

Aquamarine
Modern in style and with a profusion of glass panels that catch the light, this superb villa sparkles like a jewel and boasts a unique setting on the outskirts of Pomos. Completed in 2006, Aquamarine is a top-class villa that offers supreme luxury and comfort. From the parking area, steps lead down to the balcony that surrounds the whole building to allow you to make the most of the magnificent sea views. The one-level Aquamarine consists of a spacious and airy open-plan living area with a stunning glass fireplace that can be seen from inside as well as from the outdoor terrace. There are 3 bedrooms (1 large double room plus two twin rooms), each with en-suite shower/wc, plus an extra guest wc and a modern kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, oven & hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room with its dining area has a satellite TV, DVD & CD player. The patio area includes many well-planned features too - not least an infinity pool (10m x 4m), a jacuzzi, a purpose-built barbecue and even... a cosy alcove retreat tucked away at the end of the sun-deck and very conducive to share special moments and a chilled glass of wine with your partner, family or friends. Reflecting today's trends for a healthier life style, Aquamarine also comes complete with a mini-gym fitted with a range of equipment. And for those who prefer their sporting action to be in and under the water, steps lead down to the small rocky/pebbly bay absolutely ideal for snorkelling. Due to its location, Aquamarine villa is not suitable for children under 12 years old.

Olive Grove III
Located a 5 minutes' drive (or 15 minutes' walk) from the beach at Latchi, this villa combines modern comforts and traditional style with its cool tiled floors and exposed wooden beams. Alarge kidney-shaped pool, an outdoor jacuzzi and a built-in barbecue area will tempt you to spend as much time as possible making the most of the sun. Inside is a spacious sitting room/dining room, a kitchen with dishwasher and each of the four bedrooms (2 twins + 2 doubles) has a private shower/wc (en-suite or separate). Special features at this stunning villa include a sauna room and a small gym to enable you to carry on your fitness programme on holiday! Olive Grove III is wheelchair-friendly and portable ramps are provided to get over the one step that separates some of the rooms.
